Veta J. Griffith is a former educator with the New York City Board of Education. Veta has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the City University of New York, a Master's degree in Education from Brooklyn College and a Certificate in Education and Supervision from the College of St. Rose. She also holds credits in Copyediting and Proofreading from New York University. Having retired since 2012, Veta spends her time writing short stories and reading many novels as she can. She is very active in her Parish Church where she is a Lector, Minister of Holy Communion, and President of the St. Vincent De Paul Society.
